inova Personal AG sucht für ihren Kunden mehrere Kundenberater - Call Center Agent/In. Hauptaufgaben sind das Führen und Protokollieren eingehender Telefongespräche, 1st-Level-Support bei Störungen sowie Beratung und Verkauf auf der Inbound-Sales-Hotline.
Gesucht werden kommunikative Mitarbeitende mit fließendem Deutsch, Schweizerdeutsch-Verständnis und idealerweise Englisch, Französisch oder Italienisch. 80–100% Pensum, Mo–Sa 08:00–20:00, Schulungsphase von 7 Wochen;
Arbeitsort in der Schweiz.
