• Welcoming and greeting our guests at the cash desk
• Cashier duties and ticket sales
• Personal advice and accompanying our guests on site
• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Providing information about facilities, experience offers, opening hours, and operational status
• General administrative tasks in sales

• You enjoy dealing with guests and are a warm and welcoming host
• You work reliably, precisely, and remain calm even during busy periods
• You are willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during holiday periods
• You are digitally proficient and quickly familiarise yourself with our cash register system
• You speak Swiss German; additional language skills are an advantage
• Ideally, you bring experience from sales, tourism, or hospitality
