Location: Puidoux
Ardentis Cliniques Dentaires et d'Orthodontie en Suisse romande recherche un chargé(e) de relation-patient en CDI à 60-80%. Vous fidéliserez les patients en personnalisant le service et coordonnerez les dossiers entre les cliniques, tout en veillant à l'image et à la satisfaction client.
Vous devrez maîtriser le français (C1-C2) et l'allemand (B2-C1), avec une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans l'accueil. Formation en hôtellerie/relation client et Office 365 souhaitées.
