Il candidato ideale ha una laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o Architettura e almeno quattro anni di esperienza in questo ruolo, con ottime competenze in software come Revit e Solibri. È richiesta la capacità di gestire l'integrazione dei dati nei progetti e coordinare team multidisciplinari, unitamente alla padronanza dell'inglese tecnico, mentre la conoscenza del francese è considerata un valore aggiunto.
