- Praktische Berufserfahrung
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Beherrschung CAD, idealerweise ArchiCAD
- Kenntnisse der Bauvorschriften und gesetzlichen Normen
- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Teamarbeit
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
