Sie betreuen Patienten umfassend von Prävention bis Nachsorge, behandeln akute und chronische Erkrankungen, arbeiten eng mit MPA, Therapeutinnen und Fachärzten zusammen und koordinieren Untersuchungen und Behandlungspläne.
