Summer Program Coordinator

Temporary contract / Crans-Montana, Switzerland

The Summer Program Coordinator will ensure exceptional program delivery by managing day-to-day operations, leading a high‑performing team, and cultivating an inspiring learning environment. This role requires expertise in coordination, operational oversight, and the ability to foster meaningful experiences for diverse age groups.

Profile
  • Leadership experience in the education sector, ideally in a residential school setting, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies and practices.
  • Proven track record in day‑to‑day leadership and program management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and build professional relationships. The ability to speak French would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Advanced organizational skills, including budget management, progress monitoring, and creative problem‑solving under pressure.
  • Experience working in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to Les Roches' mission and values, with a passion for providing exceptional educational experiences for international students.
  • Willingness and adaptability to be actively involved in the operational and logistical aspects of the program.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility when addressing challenges.
