• WBASD Disclosure Statement
• Act 168, Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release

• All clearances required by PDE (State Police Criminal Background, Child Abuse Background & FBI/Fingerprinting)
• Mandated & Permissive Reporter Training
• Physical and TB test
• All training required by the PIAA:
  Concussion in Sports, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, First Aid Coursework, Fundamentals of Coaching Coursework

Candidates musthave a high school diploma or equivalency, be at least 18 years of age and able to satisfy required PA clearances.
