- Application, resume, coaching philosophy & three references (include email address)
- WBASD Disclosure Statement
- Act 168, Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release
- All Clearances required by PDE (State Police Criminal Background, Child Abuse Background & FBI/Fingerprinting)
- Mandated & Permissive Reporter Training
- Physical and TB test
- All Training required by the PIAA (Concussion in Sports, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, First Aid Coursework, Fundamentals of Coaching Coursework)
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalency, be at least 18 years of age and able to satisfy required PA clearances.
