Die Rolle umfasst die Leitung, Unterstützung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden sowie die Qualitätssicherung der Einrichtung. Gesucht wird eine Person mit einer Ausbildung auf Tertiärniveau, die Freude am Umgang mit Kindern hat und teamfähig ist. Die Stelle bietet Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten, Freiraum für selbständiges Arbeiten und 5 Wochen Ferien.
