La Fédération Fribourgeoise des Entrepreneurs (FFE) à Courtaman recherche un(e) formateur(trice) professionnel(le) pour accompagner et former de futurs maçons. Le poste inclut la planification, l’animation de cours et l’évaluation des apprenti(e) s dans un cadre moderne et collaboratif.
Le candidat idéal doit avoir plusieurs années d’expérience dans la construction et posséder des compétences pédagogiques. Une bonne connaissance de l’allemand (Niveau B2) est également requise.
