GOSU is a collaborative educational project in Unterklettgau. It offers an inspiring environment for students starting August 2026, bringing together seven municipalities to create an inclusive school community for around 300 pupils.

• Develop individualized support plans for students with learning goals.
• Create educational materials and support measures for classes.
• Collaborate with faculty, teams, and parents for effective learning.
• Support learners within the framework of input lessons and learning landscapes.
• Plan support for pupils with individualized learning goals.
• Develop teaching materials and support measures.
• Write learning reports.
• Collaborate within the subject department, year team, school management, and parents.
• Participate in further training.

• Preferably trained as an SHP or holding a teaching diploma recognized by the EDK (or a comparable qualification).
• Experience in inclusive support of pupils.
• Experience in coaching learning processes, conducting learning development discussions, and facilitating self‑organised and project‑oriented learning formats.
• Strong commitment to cooperative teaching and learning.

• A motivated and committed team that supports each other and where your ideas find space and hearing.
• A wide scope for design and the opportunity to actively participate in a significant generational project.
• Short channels and open communication between school management, teachers, school social work and school services – straightforward and solution‑oriented.
• A school that values sustainable relationships and a healthy community – both for learners and staff.

SHP or Experienced Support Teacher for Upper School (50%) from 1 August 2026. Workload: 13.5 lessons for the upper school plus 1 lesson team meeting.
