IB Psychology Teacher Part Time

We are seeking a qualified and motivated IB Psychology Teacher with experience teaching Psychology within the IB framework. The successful candidate will inspire students from diverse cultural backgrounds and foster critical thinking, research skills, and a deeper understanding of human behavior in an engaging, student-centered learning environment.

• Teach Psychology within the IB Diploma Programme (DP)
• Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with IB standards and assessment criteria
• Support students in developing critical thinking, research, analytical, and communication skills
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous classroom environment
• Prepare students for internal and external IB assessments
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and student support
• Contribute to the broader school community and extracurricular activities

• Relevant teaching qualification and degree in Psychology or a related field
• Experience teaching Psychology at secondary school level
• IB teaching experience or strong familiarity with IB philosophy preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Located & able to work in Switzerland
