• Teach Pastry & Chocolate theory and practical classes to students according to our standards and complying with principles of food safety and sanitation.
• Explain subject concepts utilizing a variety of teaching methods and strategies.
• Assess student performance through observation and interaction, along with written and practical assignments and submit grades.

• Degree in Pastry or Culinary Arts (Professional Certificate or equivalent).
• At least 5 years’ experience in the industry, ideally in a renowned establishment.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in pastry arts.
• Culinary teaching experience within a hospitality school a strong asset.
• Creative team‑player, able to work in a very international environment.
• Moderate to advanced computer literacy as it applies to delivery of applicable course content.
• Facilitation and Presentation Skills.
• Sens of Initiative, creativity, maturity, leadership skills.
• Fluent in English written and spoken, French is strong an asset.
• Swiss Nationality or C, B, L or G permit or European Nationality CE/AELE.
