Location: Luzern
Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop vocational training in German and Western Switzerland (focus on retail).
- Recruit apprentices and expand training positions.
- Provide comprehensive support including evaluations and preparation for final qualification exams (QV).
- Support vocational trainers, enabling and coaching them in day-to-day operations.
- Organize induction days and apprentice events.
- Ensure administrative processes and quality management.
- Serve as full deputy in the absence of the Head of Training.
- Completed basic vocational training with further education in HR, vocational education or business administration.
- Several years of experience in vocational training within retail and in building and developing training structures.
- Affinity for and good knowledge of digital media and learning platforms, and solid understanding of the Swiss education system.
- Very good German and French language skills.
