· e en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) pour le secteur Enfance & Transition. Poste en CDI à 65.80 % annualisé, dans les écoles spécialisées des Matines, des Semailles, de L’Orée, La Violette et L’Elan-TEM, pour accompagner 160 enfants de 4 à 20 ans.
Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe interdisciplinaire et participerez au suivi pédago-éducatif, aux soins et à l’inclusion des élèves, avec des conditions salariales transparentes et un cadre
