Oase – Wohnen im Alter in Churwalden sucht eine Fachperson Gesundheit als Berufsbildner/in (FaGe EFZ) mit 60–100% Pensum. Sie gestalten ein wertschätzendes Lernklima, planen praxisnahe Lernsituationen und begleiten Lernende professionell.
Sie führen Ausbildungsgespräche, dokumentieren Lernfortschritte und fördern die Qualifikation der Lernenden FaGe/AGS. Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und Ferienkauf werden angeboten.
