Schweizerischer Feuerwehrverband sucht Kursleiter/in und Ausbilder/in, um Kurse im Feuerwehrbereich zu planen, durchführen und weiterzuentwickeln. Sie betreuen Lehrpersonal, Teilnehmende und Kursorte, bilden Teilnehmende in verschiedenen Kursgruppen aus und sichern Lerntransfer sowie Qualitätsmanagement.
Erwarten wird eine ausgebildete Feuerwehrperson mit Offiziers-Funktion, idealerweise FKS-Instruktor, sowie Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
