Der Kanton Luzern sucht eine führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Mitglied der Schulleitung der Kantonsschule Beromünster. Sie tragen Verantwortung für die pädagogische und organisatorische Leitung der Unterstufe (Sek I, 7.–9. Schuljahr) samt Teilverantwortung für Lehrkräfte.
Sie koordinieren den Abgangs- und Klassenkontakt, treiben Schulentwicklungsprojekte voran und engagieren sich in schulischen Angeboten; zusätzlich unterrichten Sie in Teilzeit.
