• Pilot-scale organic synthesis of base oil components (up to L) in an ATEX-certified environment
• Execution of all production stages, including:
  Raw material and reagent ordering
  Formulation and synthesis
  In-process controls (IPC) and quality control (QC)
  Product purification
• Operation and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Development, adaptation, and documentation of SOPs for synthesis and equipment maintenance
• Laboratory-scale lubricants formulation and polymer synthesis

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, with a strong background in organic synthesis and industrial processes
• Experience operating and supporting pilot plant activities in the chemical industry
• Knowledge of short-path distillation processes is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office

• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Structured, rigorous, and well-organized working style
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• German: written and spoken (main working language)
• English : written and spoken (mandatory)
• French: a strong advantage
