Automation Consultant

Overview

We are looking for a German Speaking Automation Expert to join our teams in Switzerland and support operations with the implementation of automation projects (MES/Delta

V) in a cGMP environment. Automation Expert

• Support site operations across multiple automation work streams, contributing hands-on to the implementation of projects involving MES and/or Delta
  
  V in a production environment. Automation Expert
• Execute system testing activities independently (e.g., functional testing, regression testing as applicable), ensuring that test execution is robust, traceable, and aligned with agreed protocols. Automation Expert
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation (test evidence, reports, implementation records), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness. Automation Expert
• Collaborate closely with the plant / equipment team to ensure all documentation and deliverables are compliant with cGMP requirements and site standards. Automation Expert
• Facilitate information exchange and communication within the operations group, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and smooth day-to-day coordination. Automation Expert
• Implement changes in line with GMP-compliant change control, applying the site’s change management process and using available systems/tools to document and track updates end-to-end. Automation Expert

• Strong IT/automation affinity with the ability to work autonomously in a regulated operational environment;

  V and MES knowledge is a strong advantage. Automation Expert
• Solid understanding of cGMP principles; experience or exposure to biopharmaceutical production is a plus. Automation Expert
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders and to operate confidently within shopfloor/operations interfaces. Automation Expert
• Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities; recognized for flexibility (working hours and tasks), team spirit, and strong commitment. Automation Expert
• Fluent German with basic English skills to work in a bilingual industrial context.
