Ihre Aufgaben
- Objektbegleitung ab Akquisition über Kalkulation bis zur Abnahme und Abrechnung
- Konzeptentwicklung für Lösungen mit vorfabrizierten Betonelementen
- Offert- und Auftragsakquisition für den gesamten Produktbereich
- Führen von Verkaufsverhandlungen
- Selbständige Auftragsumsetzung in technischer, logistischer und finanzieller Hinsicht
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Bau- oder Baunebengewerbe
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken mit hohem Praxisbezug
- Erfahrung in der Vorfabrikation von Vorteil
- Verkäuferisches Flair
- Hohes Mass an Selbständigkeit
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Teamfähig, kommunikativ und belastbar
