In this role, you will manage a team of5+engineers and drive the development of advancedand innovative technologies, includingmedium frequencytransformersandpower electronics enhanced transformers. You will combinepeopleleadership with strong technical guidance and project ownership, contributing to the execution of R&D strategy in a global environment.

How you’ll make an impact

Lead, develop, and motivate an international R&D team of 5+ engineers withknow-howin medium frequency transformers, powerconvertersand lab testing

Provide technical leadership and support the team in solving complex engineering challenges

Contribute to R&D strategy and technology direction, including development of roadmapsfor the New Generation Grids Transformers product line

Plan, drive, and deliver R&D projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality targets

Collaborate closely with global R&D teams, engineering functions, and external partners

Manage project resources and budgets to maximize impact and operational efficiency

SiteR&Dlaboratory and infrastructure responsibility, including driving expansion plans

Introduce and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve performance

Your background

Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field

Several years of industrial experience inproduct development, or technology management

Strong technicalbackgroundintransformers and power converters

Proven experience inproject management within R&Dorproduct development

Experience in leading technical teams (line or project leadership) and working in international and cross-functional environments

Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus) as well as stakeholder engagement capabilities
