This can be a University Degree in Mechanical/Medical Engineering, OR a completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Polymechaniker) with relevant experience. At least 1 year of experience (including hands‑on internships) in a manufacturing environment is required (Med Tech, Pharma, or Automotive preferred).
- Mechanical Expertise: You have a strong foundational understanding of mechanics and the proven ability to accurately read and interpret complex technical drawings.

Fluent German is an absolute must to communicate effectively with shop‑floor operators, combined with Fluent English for global engineering documentation. - Technical

Strong analytical mindset to handle data and numerical trends. Proficiency in MS Office is required; knowledge of Agile, Windchill, or statistical software (e.g., Minitab) is a strong plus.
