Project Manager for Airborne Electronics; f​/m

KUERZI Aviation AG is an EASA-approved design, production and maintenance organisation with flight test privileges. We specialise in delivering customised avionics solutions through our innovative services, parts and aircraft systems.

As the key driver for our avionics projects, you will be responsible for steering complex developments from conception to successful delivery. Your core responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary focal point for customer communication, building strong relationships and ensuring clear alignment.
• Ensuring projects are properly set up with clear scope, timelines and resources.
• Guaranteeing the timely, budget-conscious and high-quality delivery of all project deliverables.
• Coordinating all internal departments and staff (engineering, supply chain, production, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.

• A genuine passion for aviation and innovative technology.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• A proven track record in project management, demonstrating successful end-to-end project delivery.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience in electronic hardware, software or systems development within the aviation industry.
• Solid understanding of aircraft system architectures and certification.
