Be part of a multicultural and agile product management team driving innovation in the field of total stations and software for the construction industry.

Contribute to new hardware and software releases.

Test hardware and software to ensure our solutions meet Leica Geosystems’ high quality standards.

Understand customer-specific requirements and translate them into product specifications.

Support the product management team in day-to-day activities.

Contribute to competitive benchmarking and the development of product improvement strategies.

Create training materials.

• Currently studying or holding a degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline, with a strong interest in technical product environments.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months and motivated to gain hands‑on industry experience in a real‑world setting.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a strong interest in structured problem‑solving, especially in technical or product‑related challenges.
• Comfortable working in collaborative, cross‑functional teams while also being able to take ownership and work independently when required.
• Creative and proactive, with a strong interest in bringing in own ideas to improve processes, products, or ways of working.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  German language skills would be considered a plus.
