Our client is a dynamic and innovative company in the renewable energy sector. Their portfolio comprises holistic solutions encompassing photovoltaics, energy storage systems, and state‑of‑the‑art heating technology.

• Leadership & Strategic Development: You assume both technical and disciplinary leadership, actively driving the strategic establishment and expansion of the Heat Pump Division.
• Project Management: You are responsible for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of complex projects—from initial concept through to successful commissioning at the client’s site.
• Customer Consulting: As a technical expert, you advise clients on the selection, sizing, and installation of optimal heat pump systems.
• Interface Management: You collaborate closely with the Photovoltaics and Energy Storage departments to ensure the delivery of integrated and efficient end‑to‑end solutions.
• Process Optimization: You analyze and further develop existing workflows, optimizing internal processes within your division.
• Team Development: You are responsible for the continuous training and professional development of your team members.

• Education: Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., heating installer, building services planner) or a university degree in Energy Technology, Building Services Engineering, HVAC, or a comparable discipline.
• Experience: Several years of solid professional experience in the field of heat pump systems, along with a strong understanding of the Swiss market.
• Languages: Business‑fluent proficiency in spoken and written German and English
