ANZEN Engineering is a leading engineering company specialized in supporting the development and certification of Safety‑Critical & Mission‑Critical systems. We collaborate in the most relevant aerospace & defence programs across more than ten countries, delivering value on a global scale with a onsite presence in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.

We are currently seeking a Avionics Engineer with experience in the aerospace industry at one of our top clients in Lucerne Area, Switzerland.

Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering activities related to aircraft interior lighting systems, acting as the focal point for this domain within the avionics team.
  • Support the development, integration, and validation of air data systems, including probes and air data computers.
  • Work closely with avionics and interior teams to ensure successful system integration and compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the air data system domain.
  • Coordinate suppliers and support technical reviews, issue resolution, and development follow‑up activities.
  • Contribute to system engineering activities including requirements management, integration, testing, and certification support.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in avionics engineering, with proven background in aircraft interior lighting systems and / or air data systems.
  • Good knowledge of air data probes, air data computers, and system integration activities.
  • Experience leading technical topics and collaborating across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior engineers in a technical environment.
  • Experience in supplier management and coordination within aerospace development programs.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Professional English is essential, German is considered a plus.
