ANAVIA specializes in the design, development & manufacturing of vertical takeoff & landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry leading unmanned helicopter systems for various mission profiles, such as Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection or Mapping & Cargo.

• Enterprise Applications Strategy & Portfolio Management – Define and execute engineering applications strategy, manage portfolio roadmap, lifecycle, tool standardization, vendor relationships, cost optimization, and AI/ML implementation.
• Technical Administration & Architecture – Lead as technical owner of engineering applications, configure and administer PLM, CAD, infrastructure, databases; manage workflows, security, upgrades.
• Integration & Data Management – Configure and maintain integrations between PLM, CAD, ERP; develop data migration scripts and ensure data integrity.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement – Mentor small team, coordinate with Engineering/CM/Manufacturing, drive tool adoption, provide training and support.

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience – Minimum 3 years in enterprise applications or engineering systems; 2+ years supporting engineering environments (PLM, CAD, collaboration tools). Proven administration and integration experience in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing.
• Technical Skills – Application architecture, administration, integrations, PLM platforms (Teamcenter), CAD/ALM tools (NX, Altium, Jira, Polarion), ERP and relational databases (SQL), scripting (Python, Power Shell, Shell), cloud, cybersecurity, regulated data, AI/ML.
• Industry Knowledge – Product development processes in aerospace or regulated industries, engineering change management, configuration management, BOM structures.
• Leadership & Communication – Hands‑on specialist, technical leadership, problem solving, cross‑functional partnership, driving adoption of emerging technologies.
• Language – Good oral and written English;
  German desirable.
