• Plan and execute qualification test programs and implement novel materials, technologies and processes
• Compile and revise technical documentation such as Process Specifications, Engineering Standards and Engineering Reports
• Lead materials and process projects in the field of Surface Treatments and organic Coatings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate materials and processes into product design
• Support Engineering, Production, Quality and Customer Support in materials and process topics as well as material failure analyses
• Ensure compliance of materials and processes with EASA, FAA and FOCA regulations as well as environmental and regulatory standards such as REACH and RoHS

• MSc degree in Materials Science or Materials Engineering
• Demonstrate strong expertise in materials and in Surface Treatment and Coating processes
• Good German and English skills at B2 level with a cooperative and proactive personality
• Apply analytical problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges
• Work independently with a flexible, committed, and target-oriented mindset
• Communicate effectively in interdisciplinary teams, showing strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
