Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) – High-Tech Plant Engineering

Our client is a highly successful, family-owned international high-tech company and a global leader in laser and manufacturing technology. To support the development of customized system solutions, we are seeking a dedicated engineer to manage projects technically from start to finish.

• Project Management: Technical management of customer projects—from initial requirements analysis and development through to successful commissioning.
• Solution Development: Conceptualization and development of customized solutions for high-precision systems and workstations (focus on laser technology).
• Engineering & Documentation: Preparation of comprehensive technical documentation (electrical schematics, cable drawings, bills of materials, etc.).
• Interface Role: Technical point of contact (support) for international sales subsidiaries and end customers.

  Close coordination with internal R&D, manufacturing, and sales departments.

• Education: Completed technical degree (HF/FH) in electronics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.

  Experience:
  
  Initial or solid experience in the technical oversight or management of (customer)
  projects
  .
• Tools: Design experience in standard or custom machinery manufacturing using ECAD systems (ideally Zuken E3).
• Languages: Fluent in German and good English, both written and spoken.
