Electrical Project Manager

Accès Personnel recruits and recognizes all electrical project managers.

• Department in charge of the complete management of electrical projects within the framework of works:
• Perform technical surveys on site, analyze client needs, and develop adapted solutions.
• Create offers, quotes, and financial proposals for projects.
• Plan and coordinate the interventions of technical teams as well as the resources necessary for the proper execution of the work.
• Ensure the monitoring and financial management of projects until final delivery.
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Participate in site meetings and act as the interface between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the smooth running of work on several simultaneous sites.

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education (CFC) as an electrical project manager or equivalent qualification.
• Confirmed experience in managing electrical projects.
• Federal Professional Examination or Federal Diploma: an asset.
• Technical knowledge in the fields of installation, renovation, and maintenance.
• Ability to organize and manage priorities.
• Developed commercial sense and excellent communication skills.
• Autonomy and mastery of current tools, AutoCAD software, and Elektro Form X.
• Driving license essential.
