• Responsible for the Lifecycle Management of our partner configurations

• Overseeing product modifications and phase-out activities.

• Coordinate written communication related to change management and complaint handling

• Coordinate cross-functional product teams comprising representatives from Technical Support, Sustaining Engineering, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Application Development, and Production

• Monitor smaller projects to ensure the achievement of objectives, adherence to timelines, and effective cost management

• Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure efficient execution of product-related activities and continuous process improvement

• Completed technical or scientific degree

• Initial experience in product management, project management, or a similar cross-functional role is preferred

• Experience in liquid handling, laboratory automation, or related technologies is an advantage

• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary environments

• High level of reliability, accountability, initiative, and organizational skills, combined with strong attention to detail

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
