• Accompany the entire industrialization process of new electronics products until the final acceptance
• Support EMS partners and internal departments to ensure a successful production process qualification
• Development of individual test tools for product verification
• Creation of the necessary production documents
• Execute and document first article inspections
• Standardization of production processes
• Support electronics product development
• Coordination and implementation of product changes as part of the change management

• Bachelor’s / Masters’ degree in electronics / mechatronic engineering
• Experience in electronics development (analog, digital, uC, power electronics)
• Experience in programming (e.g. C, C#, SPS) and ECAD-tools (e.g. ALTIUM)
• Personally, you will fit well into our corporate culture and the international matrix organization if you have hands‑on work style and like accomplish tasks fast.
• International travels in the range of 5-10%
