Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and analyze system requirements
    , assessing feasibility and contributing to early system architecture and concept definition
  • Coordinate the design, development, integration, verification, and certification of complex avionics systems
  • Support system integration activities and ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations
  • Prepare and review system requirements documentation and certification engineering reports
  • Perform and review System Safety Assessments
    , including Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA) and related safety studies
  • Interface with external suppliers, customers, procurement teams, and certification authorities on technical matters
  • Contribute to technology development and innovation initiatives within avionics programs
  • Provide engineering support to production, integration, and customer support teams when required
Our Ideal Candidate Should Have
  • University Degree in Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace or other safety-critical industries working in systems engineering and avionics development
  • Proven experience in the design and development of integrated avionics systems
  • Experience in military aviation environments is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of tactical communication systems, datalink technologies (e.g., Link 16), and radar systems is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with avionics systems such as EFIS, FMS, or Flight Control Systems (FCS)
  • Exposure to Electronic Warfare (EW), Electronic Countermeasure (ECM), or weapon system integration is beneficial
  • Working knowledge of FAA, EASA, or military aviation certification frameworks
  • Fluent English (C1) is required
