Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The Project Manager, Engineering is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects that support manufacturing operations, product development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and enabling the successful delivery of engineering solutions.

• Lead engineering projects from initiation through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure project alignment and execution.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
