Location: Niederbipp
- Group-wide responsibility for Technical Services across the Niederbipp, Romanshorn and Puidoux sites
- Ensuring the availability and ongoing development of technical equipment and infrastructure
- Responsibility for the safe, compliant and cost-effective operation of intralogistics and building services systems
- Continuously developing the maintenance strategy
- Driving automation, investment and optimisation projects from concept development and business case through to implementation
- Ensuring the qualification, validation and GxP compliance of quality-relevant technical systems in collaboration with Quality and other stakeholders
- Managing the function based on relevant KPIs, budgets and investment planning
- Identifying technical risks and further developing contingency, redundancy and business continuity plans
- Leading and developing managers and technical teams
- Promoting personal accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Advising executive management as a sparring partner and preparing decision‑making documents and recommendations for action
- Higher technical education (HF, university of applied sciences or university), for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, building services, industrial engineering, facility management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in a technical environment, ideally with responsibility across multiple sites and experience managing managers
- Extensive experience in intralogistics and/or automation engineering
- Good knowledge of building services and maintenance
- Experience in a regulated environment, ideally pharmaceuticals, medical technology or food manufacturing
- Knowledge of GxP/GDP requirements is a strong advantage
- Experience managing investment, automation or infrastructure projects
- Strategic and analytical mindset, strong execution skills and excellent leadership capabilities
- Fluent German (C2)
- Good English skills (B2)
- French skills (B1) are advantageous for collaboration across sites
Demonstrates expertise in managing technical services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with GxP/GDP requirements, and driving automation and investment projects. Possesses strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset to optimize operations and develop maintenance strategies.
