The Project Manager Facilityisresponsibleforplanning,coordinating,anddeliveringnewconstruction,renovation,andinfrastructureprojectsatthe

Haagsite. The roleensuresthatprojectsarecompletedsafely, ontime,within budget,andin linewithoperationalrequirements,whilesupportingtheongoingdevelopmentofthesite'sbuildingandtechnicalinfrastructure.

• Manageandcoordinatenewconstructionandrenovationprojectsatthe Haagsite.

• Develop, plan,andleadconstructionprojects,including site management, costplanning,budgeting,andprojectcontrolling.

• DesignandadvanceHVAC (heating,ventilation,air conditioning,and sanitation) projectsincollaborationwithinternalstakeholders.

• Prepare conceptualdesignsandcoordinateprojectplanningwithexternalengineeringanddesignconsultants.

• Support building permitapplicationsandapprovalprocessesincooperationwithexternalplanningoffices.

• Developandmaintainconstructionscheduleswhilealigningprojectactivitieswithongoingsiteoperationsandprojectobjectives.

• Coordinatemultidisciplinaryprojectactivitiesacrossconstruction, HVAC,electrical, building automation(MSR),cleanroom,andfireprotectiondisciplines.

• Managetenderingprocessesandsupportcontractawardsincollaborationwiththecentralprocurementteam.

• Overseeconstructionexecution,ensuringcompliancewithquality, budget,andschedulerequirements.

• Coordinateprojectacceptanceactivities,managedefectresolution,andensuresuccessfulhandovertoendusers.

• Participate intheon-callrotationteam fortechnicalalarmsandemergencysituations.

• Completedtechnicaleducationin a relevantfieldsuchas
  
  Installation
  
  Engineering, HVACPlanning,Mechanical Engineering, or acomparablediscipline.

• Proficiency in Germanand English,bothwrittenandspoken.

• Furthereducationorprofessionaldevelopmentin Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, or arelatedfield.

• Severalyearsofprofessionalexperiencein building services,construction,infrastructure, orprojectmanagementenvironments.

• Experience planning,coordinating,anddeliveringtechnicalconstructionorinfrastructureprojects.

• Stronganalyticalandconceptualthinkingskills,withaninterestindevelopingandimplementingnewsolutions.

• Demonstratednegotiationskills, sound judgment,andtheabilitytoinfluenceprojectoutcomeseffectively.

• Structured,organized,and results-orientedapproachtowork.

• Flexibility,adaptability,andopennesstonewchallengesandexperiences.

• Strong communication,stakeholder management,and customer-oriented mindset.
