• Lead and inspire the entertainment staff to express their creativity
• Ensure the team effectively fulfills their duties and leads
• Develop and oversee the camp’s entertainment schedule, including evening and on‑campus activities
• Supervise daily evening activities, ensuring smooth and safe operations
• Serve as the main communication point between the entertainment team and camp monitors
• Delegate tasks for efficient event execution

• Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency
• Prior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordination
• Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management
• Good organizational and time‑management skills
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus
• Demonstrates positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stress
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity
• Experience working in multicultural environments
