• Planning Events – Develops the event concept, timeline, and overall plan based on the client's objectives.
• Coordinating Vendors – Selects and manages suppliers such as caterers, decorators, photographers, and entertainment providers.
• Choosing and Booking Venues – Researches, negotiates, and secures suitable venues for the event.
• Organizing Logistics – Arranges transportation, equipment, seating, schedules, and other operational details.
• Leading the Event Team – Supervises staff, volunteers, and contractors to ensure everyone knows their roles and responsibilities.
• Overseeing the Event – Manages the event on-site, solves problems quickly, and ensures everything runs smoothly.
• Evaluating Event Success – Collects feedback, reviews the event's performance, and prepares reports with recommendations for future improvements.
