PrincipalsVIII. DUTIES:
The Stage/Multimedia Manager is responsible for the set-up, tear-down, and maintenance of audio equipment in the Jr. High and Sr. High main and auxiliary auditoriums, and district stadium as approved by the administration using the district MLSchedules request system.
An annual inventory should be conducted to identify any equipment or materials that need repair or replacement. Each year, a budget should be submitted outlining these needs so the district, building, and music departments can plan.
Including items such as microphones, cables, and cords.
The Stage/Multimedia Manager will be required to attend certain events to work the lighting and sound. Some of these events at the Jr./Sr. High School include:
- Drama Club Preview & Shows (Nov.) - 5 hours (evening)
- NHS Induction (Dec.) - 1.5 hours (evening)
- School Assembly (Dec.) - 1 hour (daytime)
- Jr. High Musical (Feb.) - # hours (evening)
- Senior Awards Night (June) - # hours (evening)
- Graduation (June) - # hours ?
Some of the events at the Elementary School include:
- Halloween Parade - 1 hour (daytime)
- Veterans Day (Nov.) - 1 hour (daytime)
- Holiday Event before Christmas (Dec.) - 2 hours (daytime)
- Talent Show Rehearsal & Event (evening in Feb.) - 4 hours (daytime & evening)
- Band 4-6 & Chorus 4-6 Rehearsal & Event (Dec.) - 2 hours (daytime & evening)
- Band 4-6 & Chorus 4-6 Rehearsal & Event (April/May) - 2 hours (daytime & evening)
- Field Day - 6 hours (daytime)
- Kindergarten Graduation (May) - 1 hour (daytime)
The Stage/Multimedia Manager will fulfill the requests submitted via the district MLSchedules request system.
