- Analyse der Bereichsergebnisse, Ableitung von Massnahmen und Erstellen von Reportings
- Steuerung von Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Forecasts und Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Vorbereitung von Investitionsentscheidungen und Produktionscontrolling
- Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling-Teams und Unterstützung von Geschäfts- und Vertriebseinheiten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance, Accounting & Controlling oder BWL
- Mehrjährige Praxis im Controlling im Industrie-Umfeld
- Hohe IT-Affinität (SAP, Power BI und Excel VBA)
- Fähigkeit, sich in komplexen Strukturen zurechtzufinden und Stakeholder konstruktiv zu beraten
- Flexible Arbeitsmodelle inkl. Homeoffice-Möglichkeit
- Aktive Mitgestaltung strategischer Entscheidungen in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld.
