Head of Finance, Reporting and Accounting

As Head of Finance, Reporting and Accounting Switzerland, you will lead a team of highly skilled finance professionals and take responsibility for Finance Reporting and Accounting across our Swiss businesses 4B and Ego Kiefer. As two important businesses within the DOVISTA Group, 4B and Ego Kiefer play a significant role in our Swiss market, making this a key Finance leadership position within the organization.

You will ensure high-quality and trusted financial data for Group reporting, strong compliance and meaningful insights for business decisions and performance management. At the same time, you will actively shape the future of the Swiss Finance organization by driving harmonization and automation across processes, systems and ways of working.

A key focus will be on strengthening cross-functional collaboration across 4B and Ego Kiefer as well as with Business Finance, local management and the wider DOVISTA organization. You will challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and leverage digital solutions to increase efficiency, quality and transparency.

As a Finance leader, you will develop the organization and its people, strengthen functional expertise and future leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Combining strong financial governance with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset, you will act as a trusted advisor and effective gatekeeper, creating meaningful and lasting business impact.
