Pfändungsbeamten/in 80-90 % - Kanton Glarus
Das Betreibungs- und Konkursamt ist für den Vollzug von Betreibungen und Konkursen im Kanton Glarus zuständig und verwirklicht damit die zwangsweise, staatliche Eintreibung von Geldforderungen im Interesse der Gläubiger.
Wir suchen für das Betreibungsamt eine/n Pfändungsbeamten/in 80-90 % per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung mit Arbeitsort Glarus.
Aufgaben- Vollzug von Pfändungen, Retentionen und Arrestverfahren im Innen- und Aussendienst
- Korrespondenz mit Gläubigern, Schuldnern und Behörden
- Behandlung von Betreibungs- und Pfändungsbegehren
- Inventaraufnahmen und Güterverzeichnisse
- Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Verwertungsverfahren
- Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit guten Grundkenntnissen im SchKG
- Idealerweise frühere Tätigkeit auf einem Betreibungsamt und vorzugsweise Kenntnisse im Vollzug von Pfändungen
- Sicherer schriftlicher Ausdruck
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
