Job responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee therapists and spa staff shifts.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns or complaints.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the spa facility.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain service excellence.
• Manage inventory of spa products, linens, and treatment supplies, and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and operating procedures.
• Promote spa treatments, memberships, and retail products to increase revenue.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and maximize therapist utilization and booking efficiency.
• Prepare daily reports, monitor sales performance, and communicate operational updates to management.

Work schedule:

Sunday and holiday work, shift work, night work.

Language skills:
