International Trainer

Your mission:

• Deliver exclusive facial and body treatments using Nescens' high-performance cosmeceutical formulations
• Train and support spa partners, therapists and clients in the application of Nescens products and treatment protocols
• Lead educational workshops, product launches and training events to promote Nescens’ expertise and treatment philosophy
• Ensure consistent treatment excellence and elevate the client experience across our spa partner network
• Represent Nescens at professional events, training sessions and industry conferences

• Certified Beautician / Aesthetician
• Proven experience in the spa industry, ideally within luxury spas or wellness destinations
• Previous experience delivering professional product and treatment training
• Passion for skincare and science-driven cosmetic innovation
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• French and German are a plus
• Willingness to travel
