The site in Visp, Switzerland is continuously growing and we are currently in search for our Biologics Organisation of a Microbial Contamination Control Expert (w/m/d) for the pharmaceutical production. In this role you will be in collaboration with an inter-disciplinary team responsible for the creation and implementation of measures to prevent contamination in production facilities manufacturing bioconjugates.

- As Microbial Contamination Control Expert (w/m/d) you’re responsible for the creation and implementation of measures to prevent contamination in accordance with cGMP guidelines
- Update and execution of Gap assessments as well as risk assessments and implementation of the resulting measures
- Creation and update of SOPs including Change Control Management
- Point of contact for the topic of contamination prevention in manufacturing
- Sharing and representing the interest of the asset in the overarching and interdisciplinary groups and meetings
- Strive for continuous improvement possibilities in the procedures, processes and facilities with respect to contamination prevention including their implementation in collaboration with the respective project teams and departments such as MSAT and QA
- Bachelor/Master degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or similar
- Min. 3 to 5 years of working experience in the biotechnology (low bioburden) production, preferably in the manufacturing of bioconjugates
- Fluent English, German is a plus
- Excellent GMP comprehension
- Strong team and project management skills as well as efficient communication capacities
- Strong team orientation and assertiveness
- Cross-functional, structured and meticulous work ethic
- Well-organized, proactivity, high motivation, structured and independent work capacities as well as open mindfulness for new ideas and suggestions
