As part of several recruitments, we are looking for social workers (M/F) for the children and adolescents department.

- Peronnik Étoile: an adolescent center, with a particular focus on working with families and close collaboration with the network.
- Peronnik Soleil: a children's home, with enhanced support and a central focus on working with families.
- Lusseyran: a boys' home for adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), requiring a structured and specialized approach.
- Prince: a home for beneficiaries with severe disabilities, with a strong focus on care and assistance in daily living activities.
- Support and care for all aspects of daily life.
- Follow and implement individualized projects for beneficiaries through system X.
- Collaborate on projects related to the operations and educational guidelines of the facility, and maintain close communication with nursing staff as well as those delegated to regular management.
- Regular communication with beneficiaries' families and various intra and external partners.
- ASE/ES level qualification/particular skills in establishing, managing, and executing individualized projects for beneficiaries.
- Experience and/or a strong interest in supporting children and adolescents with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders.
- Experience and/or a strong interest in working with good teamwork skills and reflective capability in relation to the dynamics of the facility and collaborative work.
- Working conditions according to the CCT Social with experienced and motivated multidisciplinary teams.

- Activity rate: 80%
Start date:
immediately or to be agreed upon.
