- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahrung als FaGe EFZ
- Pflegerisches Fachwissen und Berufserfahrung.
- Hohe Sozial- und Selbstkompetenz.
- Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und engagierte Arbeitsweise.
- Kommunikations-, Organisationsfähigkeit und Offenheit
- Motivierte, belastbare sowie selbstständige Persönlichkeit
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Verantwortung übernehmen
- Verantwortlich für die fachkompetente, individuelle, ganzheitliche Pflege und - Betreuung von Bewohnern
- Durchführung der Pflegedokumentation
- Medizinal technische Verrichtungen gemäss Kompetenzen
- Übernahme von Verantwortung und Kompetenzen in ihrem Fachbereich.
