Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
Selbständige Tätigkeit in einem interdisziplinären Team mit Schnittstellen zu den Ärztinnen und Ärzten, der Pflege und weiteren therapeutischen Disziplinen. Abklärung, Behandlung und Betreuung von stationären Patientinnen internistischen und onkologischen Rehabilitation. Beratung und Instruktion von Patientinnen, Anleiten zum Selbsttraining. Arbeitsspektrum ICF-orientiert von ADL-Training bis zur Reintegration nach Hause oder in eine nachfolgende Institution.
Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten- Physiotherapeut/in FH/HF oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung (mind. positiver Pre Check)
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Innere Medizin oder Onkologie
- Erfahrung im Bereich der geriatrischen Behandlung von Patient
* innen - Hohe Service- und Dienstleistungskompetenz und ein überdurchschnittliches Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Positive und freundliche Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozial- und Fachkompetenz
